Description

TASTING NOTES. This wine showcases the subtlety of the Syrah, refreshed by the Embat, the breeze which comes off the sea and finely balances the acidity and the aromas of the flat peaches with a touch of pepper.

CULTIVATION. Cultivated in ancestral vineyards, which have been lying in wait for hundreds of years, located in the small valley surrounded by forests at the foot of the Puig de Santueri. This castle in the rock, which gives its name to our vineyards, together with the Puig de Sant Salvador, with its sanctuary and chapel, bear witness to the resurgence of activity in this area. The stony land of the Vinya des Castell, the intense Mallorcan sun, the soft easterly breeze, and the protection offered by the surrounding forests, create an ideal natural environment for producing an intensely fruity grape which is both complex and aromatic, full of surprising subtleties which make it unique.
