Description
TASTING NOTES. Pale bright yellow. Intense and aromatic, with notes of apricots, mango and floral aromas of magnolia and honeysuckle. Fresh, round, and with body. It fills the mouth with sensations of stone fruit, herbs, milkiness and smokiness. Long finish on the palate with notes of elegant wood.
CULTIVATION. Cultivated in ancestral vineyards, located in a small valley at the foot of the Puig de Santueri. The stony land of the Vinya des Castell, the intense Mallorcan sun, the soft easterly breeze, and the protection offered by the surrounding forests, create an ideal natural environment for producing an intensely fruity grape which is both complex and aromatic, full of surprising subtleties.
PRODUCTION. Soft pressing during the coolest hours of the day, which allows the subtleties of this special grape to be preserved. 60% aged for 8 months in French oak barrels, rest in stainless steel and concrete tanks
LABEL. Work of the artist Jorge Cabral (Mallorca), from the ‘forest’ series.
