Dal colore rosso rubino con sfumature violacee. Intenso, complesso e fine. All’olfatto uno spiccato sentore di frutta secca, prugna e fichi, con note vanigliate e tostate dovute al passaggio in barriques di Rovere. Un vino ricco e avvolgente con tannini importanti ma setosi.
Perfetto l’abbinamento su arrosti di carne selvatica e secondi sostanziosi. Ottimo su formaggi e salumi stagionati.
 / Deep ruby red with violet hints, intense, complex and elegant. To the nose, a pronounced aroma of fried fruit, prune, wild figs; Notes of vanilla and toast given by the maturation in French barrel. Full body wine, rich, enchanting, with remarkable velvety tannins.
Perfect pairing with roasted game and hearty second courses. Excellent with strong cheese and cured meat.
