AGE OF VINEYARDS: PLANTED IN 2001
LOCALIZATION OF VINEYARDS:  Mercatello, 200 mt from the 
winery.
TYPE OF SOIL:  rich in skeleton 
VINIFICATION: Harvested in early September, the grapes are destemmed, 
crushed and directly pressed. The must ferments for about a month. The 
grechetto, left in the vineyard until October, is harvested and immediately 
pressed. The resulting must is dosed in the bottle with the base to obtain the 
refermentation
