LOCALIZATION OF VINEYARDS: Migliano, 5 km from the winery
TYPE OF SOIL: clay and loamy with a strong presence of skeleton
VINIFICATION: The Trebbiano is harvested a lot in advance, destemmed,
crushed and pressed. It ferments in steel for about a month. The Grechetto,
left in the vineyard until October, is harvested and immediately pressed. The
resulting must is dosed in bottle with the Trebbiano base to make
refermentation possible
