Description
At the foot of its high cliff, the village of Saint-Romain occupies an elevated position in Côte de Beaune.
The grapes come from the “La Pérrière” plotn with North-east exposure.
The wine has a pale color with green reflections. The nose is fine and delicate, with hints of white flowers. It offers a good minerality on the palate that time rounds off.
This Saint-Romains matches perfectly with raffinated starters, fish and wthite meat, as well as goat cheese.
