Vinification / Winemaking : Dès la sortie du pressoir, le jus de raisin prend sa place en cuve. La fermentation se déroule tranquillement à basse température. Le vin évolue ensuite quelques mois sur lies fines afin de développer des arômes gourmands. / the grape juice is placed in the tank straight from the press.
