Saint Aubin Premier Cru "Sur Gamay"
Description
In the heart of the Côte de Beaune, between Chassagne and Puligny, in the immediate vicinity of the Grand Cru "Montrachet", Saint-Aubin is a lesser-known village which offers wines with excellent value for money.
It has a beautiful golden color. The nose is delicate, floral and has aromas of pear, flint, green almond and orange blossom. The attack on the palate is supple and pleasant. The mid-palate is frank and balanced, beautiful minerality, lively and salivating acidity, all enhanced with toasted nuances at the end of the palate.
This wine pairs perfectly with fish, sea food, grilled meats and fruit-based desserts.
