AGEING: in stainless steel tanks for 6 months with “battonage”
DESCRIPTION: semi-aromatic with exotic notes, medium-bodied with great and elegant presence, fruity and with nice saltiness
FOOD PAIRING: excellent with raw shellfish and seafood, first course dishes with mushrooms and truffle, high-fat fish and boiled meats
