The grapes for this wine are harvested as soon as they've reached a certain aromatic ripeness. In this case, that was mid September.
Our Pinot Grigio is an elegantly structured wine with a full mouthfeel. 
Some say it has a southern flair with hints of melon, others say it has an earthy taste that brings an autumn-day walk in the woods to mind.
