Description

We decided to harvest the grapes for this vintage somewhat later than usual. This gave the berries more time to ripen which resulted in a sweeter, more aromatic taste. 
After the harvest, we continued the process in the wine cellar and ended up with this half-dry stlyed white wine.
This Sauvignon gives off an exotic fruit aroma with slight notes of gooseberry and freshly mowed grass. On the tongue, you'll find a distinct acidity that harmonizes greatly with the extra sweetness.
