The Rotling, often mistaken for a rosé, is a wine of light to pale red color, with wildberry aromas and a zesty mouthfeel. 
It is created through the blending of white and red grapes.

It's absolutely perfect to bring along for garden parties with friends and family. 
Its salmon-like color glistens and glows in the summer sun, the berry scent has you longing to take that first sip, 
and when you do, it's like you're tasting freshly picked red currant.
Rotling can be enjoyed on its own, but it certainly goes well with mediterranean and asian cuisine, seafood in particular.
