Silvaner Bergtheimer Harfenspiel
Description
These Silvaner grapevines are located directly next to our vineyard chapel, with a clear view of Bergtheim.
The soil is gypsum Keuper based, which gives the wine a clean and grounding taste.
We harvested the grapes per hand at the end of September, and brought them to our winery before the hot, midday sun arrived, to be carefully juiced in our wine press house.
This wine spent over a year fermenting in our cellars, all the while being accompanied by classical music.
