This dry, white wines aroma flows into the direction of ripened pears with a floral hint. It has a clean and elegant mouth feeling, and in combination with the herbal aftertaste, the Weißer Burgunder seems somewhat "earthy." An ideal wine for the Fall, or when the weather is more on the cooler side. Because of its stronger characteristics, this wine goes well with food where potatoes, mushrooms and meats are involved.
Drinking temperature: 10° - 12°C
