Oxidative aging for 3 months, fermentation in new 500-liter French oak barrels.
Tasting note
Visual phase: Golden yellow of medium intensity, clean with dense tears.
Olfactory phase: High intensity nose with citrus notes, yellow flowers, nuts and a lightly toasted background.
Tasting phase: Dense but fresh entry into the mouth marked by a remarkable acidity well balanced by sugar.
