DO JUMILLA
Maceration at controlled temperature with 3 pumping overs daily, maceration time 10 days. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting note
Visual phase: High layer purple red, clean with tears that stain the glass.
Olfactory phase: Clean nose, medium intensity, notes of ripe red and black fruit such as plums and currants, notes of cocoa and coppice.
Tasting phase: In the mouth it is dry, with medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium-high body, silky and round tannins, medium-long finish, with hints of black fruit.
