Aging for 12 months, fermentation in French oak barrels. Maceration at controlled temperature with 1 daily pumping over in contact with dry scrape for one year.
Tasting note
Visual phase: Medium intensity garnet red (+).
Olfactory phase: Clean nose with notes of red fruit, Mediterranean bush, spices and leathers of medium intensity (+).
Tasting phase: Dry wine, with medium acidity (+), medium alcohol (+), medium body, medium tannin (-) maderizado, medium intensity of flavors (+) with a predominance of red fruit, spices and Mediterranean bush. The end is medium-long.
