Maceration at controlled temperature, maceration time 4 months. Aged for 2 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting note
Visual phase: Medium intensity salmon color. Clean, without precipitation and a medium tear
Olfactory phase: Clean nose, medium intensity with notes of white fruit (pear and banana) and red fruit (strawberries) with a base of biscuit that gives it elegance.
Tasting phase: Entry into a dry mouth, with a glyceric touch that gives it breadth but a medium body with measured acidity that makes it easy to drink. Aftertaste with memories of fruit yogurt and biscuit in line with the olfactory phase.
