DO ALMANSA
Maceration at controlled temperature with 3 pumping overs daily, with a maceration duration of 20 days. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting note
Visual phase: Cherry red with violet edges.
Olfactory phase: On the nose it is intense, with an attractive salty touch that accompanies the good range of nuances that the wine possesses such as black fruit, coffee violets, black stone, smoked and pleasant vegetable notes.
Gustatory phase: Intense attack with tannin that covers the mouth. Cool with weight and a lot of structure.
