DO ALMANSA
Maceration at controlled temperature with 3 pumping overs daily, maceration time 10 days. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting note
Visual phase: Medium-high layer garnet red with dense tears.
Olfactory phase: Clean nose of medium high intensity. Aromas of red and black fruit, raspberry and strawberry with hints of violets and a fine wood reminiscent of graphite and coffee.
Tasting phase: Creamy mouthfeel, medium body, glyceric, medium acidity and a medium-long finish reminiscent of red fruit.
