Description
Our Armonico Bianco Pinot Grigio,
with an average age of the vines of about 20 years and a yield per hectare of about 100 quintals.
The soil of this area is calcareous with the presence of gravel, located at an altitude
of 50/100 mt. on the lm, but characterized by significant temperature variations between day and night.
The path from the bunch to the wine is all done in steel, starting with a fermentation
thermoregulated in stainless steel vats, and stopping for the next 5 months in steel,
at least another 5/6 months will be the time it will remain in the bottle;
Sensory analysis
It is presented in the glass of a bright straw yellow with medium greenish memories
consistency but it is by bringing it closer to the nose that it manages to enhance the subtle intertwining that
comes from the vines of origin; fragrant sensations that recall a ripe fruitiness
such as peaches in particular with yellow flesh, followed by tropical fruit, all pervaded
from vegetal nuances such as fresh grass, t
