our Pinot Grigio with an average age of the vines of about 40 years and a yield per hectare of
about 80 quintals. The soil of this area is calcareous with the presence of gravel, located at
an altitude of 50/100 meters above sea level, but characterized by significant thermal excursions between
day and night.The path from the cluster to the wine is all done in steel, starting from one
thermoregulated fermentation in stainless steel vats, and stopping for the following 5 months
always in steel, at least another 5/6 months will be the time it will remain in the bottle to express
its typical characteristics;
Sensory analysis
It has a nice straw yellow in the glass, good consistency but it is to the nose that
presents its elegance made of scents of white flowers, dry hay, granny apple and husk of
walnut, subtle and light, a citrus note appears. The taste is elegant and pleasant
and with excellent persistence, good freshness that in the finish is dressed in flavor;
a wine th
