A D. O. C. Friuli Isonzo, our Luna De Ronchi
born from the happy union of Sauvignon and "Tocai" Friulano, with an average age of the vines of about
50 years and a yield of about 70 quintals per hectare. The soil in this area is calcareous
with the presence of gravel, placed at an altitude of 50/100 meters. on the lm, but characterized by
important temperature variations between day and night. The path from the bunch to the wine is all done
in steel, starting with a thermoregulated fermentation in stainless steel vats, and stopping
for the next 5 months always in steel, at least another 5/6 months will be the time it will remain in
bottle to express its characteristics;
Crystalline, a beautiful straw yellow with greenish reflections and good consistency are the notes
winners of this wine made of the best Sauvignon and the territory wine of this region that is
