Description
This sweet table wine of ours, obtained with 100% Picolit grapes harvested and subsequently
withered, they are subsequently pressed pressed after a few months.
The drying takes place on reeds in a cool, dry and ventilated environment for about three
months. After soft pressing, the must is fermented in French oak barrels
for 30 days and then pass into other kegs for the refinement period which will last approximately
24 months.
Sensory analysis Brilliant with its own light, the ancient golden yellow of this sweet wine swirls with
slow grace in the glass. A complex and broad nose presents a done "olfactory baroque"
of hints of dehydrated apricot, dates, figs, then a sweet spiciness is refreshed with
notes of candied orange peel over hints of honey, to turn on hints of pepper, white
to be clear, a pleasant touch of flint on the long and varied finish. Not in the mouth
