Description
Our Armonico Rosso, produced with Merlot and Cabernet Franc, with an average age of the vines
of about 20 years and a yield per hectare of about 100 quintals.
The soil of this area is calcareous with the presence of gravel, located at an altitude
of 50/100 mt. on the lm, but characterized by significant temperature variations between day and night.
The path from the bunch to the wine is all done in steel, starting with a fermentation
thermoregulated in stainless steel vats, and stopping for the next 5 months in steel,
at least another 5/6 months will be the time it will remain in the bottle;
Sensory analysis
Ruby color, quite consistent, nose that is appreciated by initial floral notes
and then enriched with hints of small red fruits;
in the mouth it is fresh, with an already integrated tannin, a wine this Armonico Rosso based
Merlot, son of that Friulian land, certainly not soft, but pleasantly
round, designed to be drunk over a range of 5/7 years to fully enjoy it.
