LUDOVIKA Spumante, our Pinot Noir, with an average age of the vines of about 60 years and one
yield per hectare of about 100 quintals. The soil in this area is calcareous with presence
of gravel, placed at an altitude of 50/100 meters. on the lm, but characterized by important
thermal excursions between day and night.The path from the bunch to the wine is all done in steel,
starting with a thermoregulated fermentation in stainless steel vats, and stopping for i
following 3 months always in steel in autoclave where a slow refermentation takes place,
at least another 5/6 months will be the time it will remain in the bottle to express its typical wines
characteristics; Charmat method obtained from 100% Pinot Nero grapes
a light passage on the skins to extract this intriguing, enticing color, a pink
full of ancient, also good persistence of the mousse in the glass with a bubble
elegant.On the nose it offers an olfactory range that ranges from light citrus notes to
happy sensations of aroma
