I. G. T. produced in the Municipality of Farra d'Isonzo (GO), our Pinot Grigio Ramato, with an age
average of the vines of about 60 years and a yield per hectare of about 80 quintals.

wine is all done, starting with a thermoregulated fermentation in stainless steel vats,
subsequently the mass matures for 50% always in steel and for the remaining 50% in
second and third passage barriques for the following 5/6 months; finally the wines are combined and after
a stabilization period, it is bottled, it will remain there for the next 12 months where it will take place
refinement; it has an alcohol content of 13% vol
