Description
A D. O. C. Friuli our Istrian Malvasia
with an average age of the vines of about 60 years and a yield per hectare of about 8o quintals.
The soil of this area is calcareous with the presence of gravel, located at an altitude of
50/100 mt. on the lm, but characterized by significant temperature variations between day and night.
The path from the bunch to the wine is all done in concrete tanks where it remains in
maceration with the skins for a long time, fermenting with natural yeasts, then matures
in the following months in Barriques, This wine comes on the market one year after the other wines,
as these important wines need a right aging in bottle to be able to
express their characteristics in the best possible way.
sensory analysis
The deep straw yellow is clear and beautiful, with a good consistency; a delicate nose that gives flowers
bianchi leads us into fresh olfactory sensations of ripe fruit but crunchy on notes of
citrus fruits light hints of apple and white plum.
